Key Septic tank did a great job at my home. He spent several hours on Saturday searching for my tank and then came back on Sunday morning at 8 AM with a front end loader to find it and dig it out. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all my drains unstopped and also re-plumbed the tank so I would not have any further trouble. Would call him again in a heartbeat!
I would advice you not to get any of your septic service done with this company. He did not do what he said he would do. My driveway was busted up and then filled in with gravel. I live on a hill, the gravel just gets slung out of the area he tried to fill. Since then my elderly neighbor fell where he busted the driveway up, on account of the gravel. Her face got all busted up from it. My children have fallen a number of times on account of his careless work. My husband, as well myself have tried a numerous times to contact the company. He never returns any of our calls. On top of all that our septic system still does not function as it should. I am very unhappy with this company. Beware!
