I called Personal Touch earlier today with no hopes of getting an answer. However Tammy picked up within a couple of rings. I needed a last minute funeral arrangement done (not to mention it was as well a Sunday). She's the only florist I called that actually picked up and we were at her shop within 2 hours of me calling her. The arrangement I picked up was beautiful. Tammy was very friendly and she even helped me get my order in my car. I definitely recommend this florist shop, not just because Tammy saved my butt, but because she didn't seem to have a problem with it -- she was very helpful. I definitely recommend.

Called from out of town looking for a local florist to send flowers to local nursing home in Galax..called and left a message at 4:45 and Tammy called me back after hours!! Now that's what I call service! Can't wait to hear about the flowers she delivers to brighten my mother in law's day! Impressive!

There aren’t enough words to express just how wonderful and thoughtful Tammy was helping with my order. I wanted something special for a dear friend who’s dog had passed. I thought I had an odd request, not only was she understanding, she had an arrangement she makes herself. As if that wasn’t enough, I gave her the wrong address and she made sure it was delivered to the right house. How do you top that? You can’t. I’ll NEVER go anywhere else. Tammy you’re an angel. I have used this florist several times both personally and through my employer, and have had excellent customer service and absolutely loved everything I have gotten from them. They even came in early on a Sunday morning to get a bouquet of balloons for me in a pinch. Couldn't ask for anything more. Love this hometown flower shop and Tammy is great to work with. I have had to request flowers be sent to funerals at the last minute multiple times for my employer and Tammy is so quick to accommodate and doesn't even complain that I call at the last minute. You can hear the smile in her voice.
