My mother and I got the shrimp wonton stir fry and the vegetables were not done, they were crunchy! Our waitress had them to redo our vegetables and when they were brought to us they still were not done and the remainder of the veggies were burnt and we still couldn’t eat them! So it was $9.99 plus tax for each plate! We didn’t get $9.99 worth that’s for sure... I use to love eating at Applebee’s but the last few visits were not very enjoyable! I sure hope this can be corrected soon! It’s hurting the business....
Complete joke walk in and hostess was extremely rude told it was a 20 min wait and there were empty tables. So I say we will wait and she gives us this look like seriously ? Yea only sit down restaurant in town that’s not a Mexican restaurant. So we sit down to wait and family behind us comes in and gets seated never again will I set foot in that place!!!
Worst. Experience. Ever. This is getting a one star because I can’t do zero stars. And I didn’t even get to eat there. Walked in and was “greeted” with “we’re on a wait right now.” No “welcome to Applebee’s”, no so sorry, not even a hello...I ask for the wait time and am told 20 minutes. I say ok, as they’re the only sit down restaurant around our hotel. The hostess gives me a look that clearly is distaste or shock that I’m willing to wait. There are open tables...several of them, but we’re waiting. About 5 minutes later a family of 3 comes in. They are seated immediately at one of the open tables. And that was the end of my Applebee’s experience. Never again.
This is the worst of the worst, hole in the wall excuse for a Applebee's . The waitresses we're okay, but the food was absolutely horrendous . My 25+$ steak was cooked wrong three times, my food was also as cold as the managers motivation . And a free dessert is no compensation for terrible food and service. I would rather have explosive diahrea than eat there again.
Service is ok at best. Waitress had NO personality.... no smile or nice greeting.
