Worst customer service EVER! I took my wedding dress to Golden Threads to be taken in and the woman ruined it. She butchered the dress, took it in to the point where it wouldn't even zip. When I asked if she could re-alter it she said no, that it was my fault that it didn't fit, and then refused to issue a refund (she charges up front). Beyond that, the work was just sloppy. She left her seams undone, there are 2 huge gaping holes in the top of the bodice, I was charged extra for padding that she only tacked in (she suggested that I complete the sewing with a whip stitch at home), and she charged me $10 for steaming that NEVER happened. All I can say is buyer beware! The only thing you'll get from this store is a trail of tears and an empty wallet.
