Not very experienced employees running this rental when I rented here. Maybe they are better now as it has been awhile since we did business with them.
I have tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone regarding my rental reservation. All I get is a fax. So I called the home office and asked them to have Galax office call me. Still no response. Guess they don't value customer service. I would recommend not wasting your time on them.
I get sent to a fax everytime i call. I have to call the wytheville branch to get ahold of anyone and when i finally get ahold of someone at the galax one they gave me a bad attitude and wasnt very helpful. I ended up hung up on.
