I was upside down on my current vehicle. I did a lot of shopping around. Everywhere I went, they were giving me a very low trade in for my car. I called Billy at H & H Auto and told him of my situation. He called me back that afternoon with a wonderful trade-in offer on my car and was able to hide the negative equity on the SUV he recommended. I was able to keep my payments almost the same. I am very pleased with the overall service. There were two minor issues with the SUV (which they pointed out) and promised it would be fixed. Within a week, the parts came in and was fixed very promptly. I would high recommend H & H Auto sales. Thank you, Billy
I bought my wife a 2014 Chrysler 200 Lx. Back in March 2015.and never had any problems with the vehicle since I've purchased the vehicle for my wife. I would seriously recommend all my friends and family to visit H&h auto sales in Galax. They are great bunch of people to work with. They will try their hardest to put you in a vehicle. I was surprised to see only one review on here, but I was not surprised to see that it was negative. I wish I had seen this before getting my car from their car lot. Their website says "Nobody Walks" well I have been walking since I got the car from them, the first time after only a few weeks the engine light came on but drove great. The manual said don't drive see a mechanic. They ask me to get it towed to them and the mechanic came out to ask me what was the problem, i told him he slipped up and said we fixed the engine light on this car before, I said well obviously it's still not fixed. They kept it 2 months as if they were going to fix it and then after repeatedly calling the lot Manager and writing the company I was informed "Come and get your car mam, it's ready". I rushed to the lot only to find out, Exact quote of them saying "We don't know anything about Volkswagons", we can legally charge you for it being here those two months. I have health issues and could not take the chance of it stopping on the highway home, so it was towed to a friends property in that town, it wouldn't drive at all. The car was bought and given to me and I told the salesman I was homeless, and in College, and I would be living in the car. I now know the meaning of " I wouldn't get a car from there if someone bought and gave it to me." God loves you and my misfortune will save many, this is someones chance to go purchase a car from someone who cares about selling a good product, and doing what's right. I wish I had this warning I wouldn't be walking. I did this to protect innocent consumers thinking of buying a new or used vehicle. They refused to make it right so the car was towed to their lot and was given back to them by the person who bought it for me. I guess they needed the money more than me. You have been warned ! They deserve 5 stars for worst service ever!
